The month of March is National Credit Education Month!
To help small businesses and consumers improve their financial stability, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) offers a Financial Education Program called Money Smart. Check out the training modules below to help your business and members manage money wisely and prepare for the future.
The FDIC’s Money Smart financial education program is for all ages. In fact, they have tailored the program to specific groups:
- Money Smart for Adults
- Money Smart for Young People
- Money Smart for Older Adults
- Money Smart for Small Businesses
All these programs are offered free of charge to organizations who wish to teach money management to small groups or classes. Though the resources provided here focus on providing guides to instructors, individuals can also access these teaching modules via the Computer-Based Instruction program, which gives individuals creative games and learning assignments to complete on their own.
Strengthening Your Business Acumen
The training modules for small businesses cover topics such as:
- Managing Cash Flow (New!)
