Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English bilingual a plus)
Communicate with customers to provide accurate information in response to inquiries. Process customer related correspondence (fax, email and mail). Maintain PCI compliance at all times. Meet monthly (fee) goals. Demonstrate AAC policies/procedures while maintaining FDCPA compliance.
Begins each day of work with positive energy and enthusiasm. Self-motivated; strives to meet and exceed personal as well as departmental goals. Organized, coachable. Motivated by a strong work ethic and code of conduct. One to two-year college coursework or two years’ previous call center experience. Ability to type 35-40 wpm. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to multi-task- to articulate conversation into notes on customer accounts simultaneously. A pre-employment background check and a skills assessment test will be conducted.
For Bilingual position: Spanish fluency (written/verbal).
M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm OR M-Th 11:00 am – 8:00 pm & Fri 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
AAC provides a competitive salary and benefit package to include health/dental/vision insurance. PTO after initial 90 days. Employer contributed 401k after one year of service.
