This week we celebrate our Service Champions at Affiliated Acceptance Corporation (AAC). According to Customer Service Week (csweek.com), this year’s logo was designed to emulate a sports-logo theme design. Three critical qualities – Lead, Achieve, Exceed – are the focus this year. According to csweek.com, customer service individuals must:
- Lead by example
- Achieve success, and
- Exceed expecations
in order to be considered a Service Champion.
