AAC manages members and students of health and fitness facilities, tanning salons, gun clubs and Martial Arts schools. In order to best assist you with your payment processing or account, please provide us with your full name and customer number. If you are not sure of your customer number, our representatives will assist you.

Online Account Access

If you are looking to access your information online, you can create your online account and register by going to https://portal.affiliated.org.

Creating An Account and Registering

If you have not created an account in order to access your information online, follow these steps.

  1. Go to https://portal.affiliated.org.
  2. Select the click here link under Don’t Have An Account?
  3. Enter your customer number, last name, email address and ZIP code in the associated fields. The last name and ZIP code must be the name and ZIP currently associated with the account.
  4. Select REGISTER.

Check the email address you entered into the form. You will receive an invitation to register your account. Follow the instructions (link) to complete the registration process and gain access to your account information online.

Logging Into The AAC Portal

  1. Go to https://portal.affiliated.org.
  2. Enter your username and password.
