AAC Management celebrated Customer Service Week, Day 2 by cooking for our customer service teams! Stir Fry was on the menu today. Fresh vegetables, beef, chicken, homemade potstickers.
Our customer service team serves as the front line for our clients- besides enjoying an occasional stir fry cooked by management, they manage member and customer questions and concerns. Membership issues, contract issues, payment issues and more are on their daily menu, but they all keep calm and assist each individual with their concerns. They wade through policies and procedures and help clients and customers have a better experience.
Our teams are Service Champions.
