This policy describes how Affiliated Acceptance Corporation, its affiliates, and third party service providers (“AAC”) delivers communications to you electronically. AAC may amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time it is posted. If the revised version includes a substantial change, AAC will provide 30 days’ prior notice by posting a notice on AAC’s website.
Your agreement to this E-Sign Disclosure and Consent Policy (“Consent”) confirms your ability and consent to receive certain communications, notices, agreements, billing statements, or disclosures in electronic form rather than in writing or on paper (“Communications”) regarding AAC’s products and services (“Services”). If you choose not to agree to this Consent or withdraw your consent, you may be restricted from using the Services.

Under this Consent, AAC may provide all Communications electronically by email, by text message, or by making them accessible via AAC websites or applications. Communications include, but are not limited to:

You further agree that your use of a key pad, mouse or other device to select an item, button, icon or similar act/action, or to otherwise provide AAC, or in accessing or making any transaction regarding any agreement, acknowledgment, consent terms, disclosures or conditions constitutes your signature (“E-Signature”), acceptance and agreement as if actually signed by you in writing. You also agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your E-Signature and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your E-Signature or any resulting contract.
It is your responsibility to provide us with true, accurate and complete information including your email address, contact information or any other information related to this Consent and your account(s). If any of the information you provide to AAC changes, it is your responsibility to maintain and update your account information promptly by contacting us at 1-800-233-8483 or using the AAC website.

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time, by writing to the AAC Address. However, withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communications may result in termination of your access to Services. Any withdrawal of your consent will be effective after a reasonable period of time for processing your request.
